Idaho Peeps

November 1

With our up coming move to Charlotte on the horizon we knew we needed to head to Idaho to see our peeps there one more time. The day after Halloween we packed up and headed out.

Terry's grandma is 93. We had a great visit with her and all the Idaho family. Terry has TONS of cousins who all have TONS of kids. My kids are in heaven with so many cousins to meet anew everytime we visit.

Grandma loves to play the piano. This day Dalyn sat down and started playing Pink Panther. Grandma loved it and sat down with him so he could teach her. They spent a good 15 minutes together teaching/learning the piano . . .

Grandma's little dog was a big hit too . . .

One of the days we took grandma to walmart. She doesn't drive so it is a fun treat for her to get to go out shopping. She kept just smiling and saying what a lovely time she was having just looking up and down all the isles.
She and Jilli made friends pretty quickly . . .

The kids had a blast in the yard finding everything you can imagine and building fabulous forts . . .

We spent some time helping grandma with some yard projects and she even gave Jilli a ride in her "yard walker" . . .

Terry's cousin is quite the handy crochet-er . . .

We were also able to visit my brother and his family in I.F. My little brother who is going to school in Rexberg was even able to visit . . .

Sure love all these guys!

More pictures from grandma's house. So much family :) . . .

We were sure happy to get to spend some time with this wonderful, cute lady . . .

We also stopped in Boise to visit one of Terry's aunts and her family. Terry's cousin had just welcomed a new baby two weeks before . . .

We tried to get in touch with Terry's birth father but he wasn't available but we did get to spend sometime with his step sister . . .

If Janie looks pale its because this girl gets seriously car sick every. time. we drive anywhere. Like even bringing her home from the school, poor girl. She actually threw up all over the sidewalk out side the fine food establishment we met Jennifer at. Very appealing to the people coming in for food. Luckily they had a hose near by :-/

It was a full and busy week of driving and visits but well worth it. We are hoping to get back west again in the next year or so, but we really don't know yet.
We were so glad to spend the time we did with the people we love.
