Field trips are another crazy thing at this school.
The kids take CHARTER buses! Remember in the old days, when you climbed on the big yellow tube. If you wanted air conditioning, you tried with all your might to squeeze those crazy metal handles to lower the half window. And forget about needing to use the bathroom.
These kids get the works. Huge individual bucket seats, air, bathroom and a TV!
It's a little crazy!
I think they have all been on at least one charter bus field trip this year (Raegan has been on two)
This time first grade was headed to the zoo.
Terry was able to take the day off and loaded Jilli up (despite all the warnings NOT to bring siblings, we don't listen well) and met the class at the zoo . . .
Must have been a pretty good trip!
