We haven't been able to explore around to much since we have been here. But I have had a couple opportunities here and there to get to know some of the fun things in the area.
Had the opportunity to take Jilli to a U-pick strawberry farm (she gets to do a lot being the only kid home right now)
Picked a few strawberries . . .
played on the bouncy balls . . .
Maze . . .
Duckie races . . .
climbed on a big tractor . . .
rode a super sweet trike . . .
She LOVED that thing! It was like a farm trike that could go over anything!
We had a picnic with friends while we were there and enjoyed a strawberry slushie!
Also had a friend invite us to go to a children's science museum called Discovery Center (I think that is what it was called?)
Originally I was just taking Jilli because it was during school, but then I decided to let Janie go because it was the Friday before her birthday and there was another little girl going who was her age THEN Ryan wanted in on the action because he has a summer birthday and wont get the option to skip school so he wanted this to be his birthday skip day . . . . so I took three kids instead of one.
It was great! Such a fun place. It might be worth getting a membership, we'll see about that one.
We timed it perfectly, the kids got to watch the diver hand feeding the fish and other animals . . .
Jillian was fascinated by him. It was amazing to her that it was a "real guy" in there. She kept asking where is body was after he was out :)
Bed of nails was popular . . .
I didn't get pictures of most of it.
We had a great time!
