Okay so about two months ago a friend of mine asked me if I would be interested in going to the gym with her. SURE I was, what time did she go? 5:30 . . . . AM!!!! Ppppaaa, that ain't happinin'!
Then about a month ago I glanced at myself in the mirror after getting out of the shower, bad! Nicid is a very big motivator! SO, I told her my frumpy, lumpy, 1?? pound self was on board and three weeks ago she started showing up in my drive way at 5:20 AM!
At first it literally felt like torture, then believe it or not I got used to it. I have always been okay at working out, but not enough to see the results I wanted. So I figured 5:30 in the morning, EVERY morning would definitely get me bikini ready (did I say bikini?)
So I measured myself yesterday, and I am able to report after THREE WEEKS of 5:30 AM!!! half hour of weights and half hour of cardio I am . . . . .(drum roll please!!!!). . . . 1?? + 3!!!!!!!!!!!! AND at LEAST 1 inch BIGGER , of EVERY body part I had previously measured! SERIOUSLY!!! Why do I bother?
P.S. I recieved this very important notice on the proper way to weigh yourself, so I know these results are no error on my part!

Sara, seriously... throw your scale away and start thinking about how you FEEL physically AND emotionally! WE ALL know you are the HOTTEST MOMMA out there and we are insanely jealous of your already bikini ready body, yep I said it...bikini. I'm sure I can say this and you still won't believe me (us), but it's worth a try, right? Seriously...ditch the scale, it's SOOO your enemy right now.
I know how you feel. Especially about working out at 5 am. The scale is my worst enemy. But I do rely on it to keep me from getting out of control. Keep the scale, but only weigh yourself once a month.

Sara, I feel for you because of the frustration. I don't feel for you because you have and probably always will look amazing. Your doing your body good by working out and getting stronger, but you just don't have any weight to loose, and the scale agrees. Sorry...but keep going with Camille. It's awesome that you both are doing it.
