A couple of weekends ago the kids decided they needed to earn some money, and what better way then showcasing their own talents! So they set up a "concert" in the drive way.
Complete with signs, seating, microphone, music, lead guitarist, dancing and concessions!
They even stood on the side walk and tried to flag people in cars down to stop and watch the performance.
They hide a cd player under the van so, "no one would no it wasn't really them singing," so sneaky! Luckily we have great neighbors so at one point most all the chairs where full! And the proceeds, a whopping $1.75, they were thrilled. So stickin' cute!

That is FANTASTIC!! I love it! Why didn't I think of that as a kid? We always did our concerts inside, duh...the audience is outside AND they pay MONEY!?! I missed out. What cute kids you have!

That is stinking cute! I was supposed to call you today, (but I will comment instead) and find out how things ere going for the cupcake walk-and to let you know that the date has been changed to the 30th (Thursday) and also to ask if you need cupcake mixes-because we have extra money in our budget if you do.
