Even though we don't force them to be in the room, Dalyn will always stop what ever he is doing to listen to Elder Oaks, and Raegan will 
wander in periodically to sit with us, Ryan just likes to cuddle so with mom and dad lounging on the couch he was all over that! Graeson was so cute! She never wanders too far from where we are so she played on the floor while we watched. She really didn't pay that much attention to the morning session, except when I clapped and cheered at the announcement of 5 NEW 
TEMPLES! she joined me for that, but the afternoon session had the primary choir (which, consequently, made me cry like a boob) whenever the children started to sing, she dropped whatever she was doing and got nose to the T.V. singing and swaying to the music. It was SO cute, that made me cry too.

I totally agree conference is the best, Layne barrows a projector from work and we hook it up to the internet and watch it on a big sheet. It starts at 11:00 here so I make lots of snacks, we tell the kids that they can do whatever they want to quietly.(he he)as long as they stay in the room, it's the game room so it's where they normally are anyway.
It was a GREAT Conference! I don't know why, but it just touched me more than it usually does. What an incredible weekend.
Good call on the kids. I tried to make mine sit and listen for a minute, but ended up swearing and cussing. Not exactly a spiritual experience for Anyone. By Sunday they were off doing whatever. It was more enjoyable all around.
I have been meaning to leave you a comment. I cannot believe the nightmare that you went through. I am so glad that it has worked out. I loved conference too. I loved hearing the kids sing too! It sounds like everything is working out up in Oregon! You have such a cute family!
I agree-conference was fabulous! I just got all caught up on your nightmare, I heard you talking a little bit about it at volleyball-I can't believe that! I was gasping in shock the entire time I was reading. I am so glad things are starting to work out, but that is something that would be hard to get over for a long long time!
Ha ha, I LOVE Graeson's face! She is the cutest ever. I'm glad you guys finally had a good, relaxing weekend, it was more than deserved I'm sure :)
