Out with the Oldy Moldy

So we have lived with a dirty little secret for FIVE YEARS!!!
Our super gross 1950's bathroom has been in DESPERATE need of a complete over haul since the day we moved in. In fact, when we bought the house I told Terry I refused to shower in there until it was redone . . .yeah it was that bad! Terry pretty much told me to get over it and we have been using it this whole time. Five years later (almost six) the bathroom is finally OUT!!!!!!
I don't have any before pictures because . . .well because I am prideful :)
On Saturday, while I was at a race, Terry gave the kids hammers and let them have at it . . .
They broke and smashed EVERYTHING! The glass shower door, teh sinks, the toilet, the walls, the mirror, the pink and yellow tiles . . . They all declared at some point during the day that "breaking down bathrooms is my favorite thing to do!" and they all thought it was hillarious that "mom, we totally trashed your bathroom, and you LOVE it!"My kids are some serious workers! I always get a little proud when I see them really get in and get dirty. THey each put in a good solid 4 hours working! Janie was the one that surpirsed me the most. I think of the 10 or so hours we were working that day she was in there 6 of them!Now my bathroom looks like this . . .

Any guesses on how long it will take to put back together?

Yeah, me either :-/

But I can honestly say that knowing this is behind the closed door in my bedroom is 10,000 times better then what used to be back there!
