So today I went to pick Ryan up from school and he wasn't waiting in his normal spot, so I asked the secretary to just send him out when he came down, because my two little ones were still in the car. The secretary said, "Well actually his teacher wanted to talk to you so he is still in his classroom." Hmmm, wonder what that's all about? So I went outside unloaded the little girls and marched down to Ryan's classroom. When I poked my head in his teacher came over and told this story . . .
"So this morning we were all sitting on the rug and out of no where Ryan pipes up and says, 'You should have all of your kids taken away from you because you do DRUGS!' I told him I didn't not do drugs, he said 'Yes, because you drink coffee and that is a drug.' Well there are some kinds of drugs but coffee is not a drug like that. He said 'Yes, it is!' Then some other kids started to say how there moms drink coffee and Ryan said then you should be taken away from her because she is doing drugs, and people who do drugs should not have kids!"
Apparently he had the whole class in quite the uproar calling the kids parents drug users and explaining how they should all be taken away from them! Some were even in tears. I apologized to the teacher . . .but still have said nothing to Ryan.
What am I supposed to say to that?
