I can't believe that he is already eight. Time goes by so fast!
We tried to take some pictures before we left after many attempts this is the best we could accomplish, silly kids

Terry and I got him a flower to wear (tradition) he was less then thrilled but was a good sport anyway. After about 20 minutes of appeasing me he decided it wouldn't be so embarrassing to wear if he pulled all the petals off and just wore the leaves, whatever.
We were fortunate to have my parents, grandparents, and Aunt and Uncle there. We had a little get together afterward, which was the highlight for Dalyn I think. My mom provided most all the yummy food, thanks Nana!
We made Dalyn a Eight is Great video with pictures of him from the time he was a baby to now set to music, I have never had success downloading video in here so I won't even attempt, you can just imagine. He loved it and played it over and over again that night.
We are so proud of him and his decisions up to now in his life. He is an awesome example to our entire family and we are blessed to have him! Way to go D Man, we love you!

We're proud of you Dalyn! And what a great idea for the video. I think I might copy it in a few years.
Congratulations Dalyn!!! You are all growing so fast. Great pictures
How exciting to have a baptism. I am both nervous and excited for my first which is just over one year away. I love the video idea too! I might also steal that one.
