Update

So the new info we have is that apparently in Klamath County DHS is god. they can do what ever they want when ever they want and it is super easy to get an order to have your kids removed from the home. We tried to get a lawyer and it is so bad here that the lawyers will not even take the cases. We were required to take all of our kids to interviews with these people, they tried to tell us that we could not be in the room, but we informed them we knew our rights and that we could be, so they conceded. It is best to seek legal council immediately and in this county we have learned, we have to just comply to whatever they say and whatever they want, as soon as you start to resist anything you create issues. It is infuriating to me that we live in America and there is a system in place that can come and disrupt lives without just cause or reason. The more we talk about this, the more we are realizing how many people have had these vultures sweep into their lives and bully them around for weeks or months and the end conclusion is that no one can do anything to stop them, if they are contended with the situation always gets worse. I feel so helpless and angry. Luckily I think we are coming to an end of this whole mess. the kids interviews went really well, and the medical reports revealed nothing, so hopefully now these people will just go away! Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

I cannot even believe this. I am near tears just reading what you have been through. This is truly a Mother's worst fear. I just wish I could come and give you a big hug. I cannot even imagine the hell you must be going through. I will get right on my knees and pray that this will go away as quickly as humanly possible.

To think anyone could even think something so horrible about you and about Terry. I am so sorry. I look up to both of you so much. I know you are fantastic parents, and your children are lucky to have you.

I just can't even imagine how horrified you and your children have been from this whole experience.

I have worked at Primary Children's Hospital, so I understand about children being beat to death. I've seen it more times than I care to even think about, but those cases were so obvious (such as a 1 year old with a broken leg for the 3rd time in a year, or mostly children who were no longer responsive), but a bruise! I am just so sorry. I Love you all, and I just am trying to send some faith and strength your way until this storm passes. Hugs and Lots of Love, Misty
