This year she did not want to have a friends party. Instead she opted to go to one of her favorite places in the world. the Motel 8 in Medford with its indoor water slide.
Since her birthday was so close to the start of our spring break, we decided to use it as the jumping off point of our whole vacation! On the day of her birthday she got to choose her birthday breakfast and dinner (which was salmon, again, crazy girl :)! then we had her "water slide" cake

and did family gifts,
tons of fun and we saved the "party" for the hotel.
We headed to Medford on Thurs. to spend the night and let the kids swim, then for her birthday dinner she requested the buffet in town.
There was a balloon man there and the kids all got a balloon shape of their request! They loved it, not to mention the 15 desserts they all ate!
We requested a late check out so they got tons of swimming and water sliding in while we were there! Even our little baby Jane got to the point she would go down the slide by herself, much to the amusement of every one else in the pool. To see this tiny girl shooting out of the water slide really was a sight! I know I took pictures of them at the slide, but can't find them, bummer!
We are so thankful to have little miss Raegan. She is the SWEETEST little girl! I am always amazed at her willingness to help her brothers and sister, and the sweet attitude she does it with. I rarely have to ask her for help, she sees a need and just gets it done.
Graeson is in love with her! I woke up the other morning around 5 am because it was unusually light in my room. I realized Raegan's bedroom light was on, when I got up to investigate this is what I found.
Graeson wanted her big sister to read her a story, so stickin cute, Raegan didn't even get upset just looked at Graeson like "are you serious!"
Ryan cries everyday when she leaves to get on the school bus. He wants her to stay home to play "mom and dad" She always gives him a hug and tells him they will play as soon as she gets home, which she is always sure to do!
She got a sand art kit for her birthday, I don't force them to share stuff like that, but she was more then willing to crack it open and help everyone make a sand art of their own!

Whenever we go to parent teach conferences they go on and on about how sweet Raegan is and how she is always so aware when one of the other kids needs help or a little attention. What an angel we have living with us! We love you Raeggie Baby! Happy Birthday!
How did I get so lucky! We love this little girl.
