January

January is such a cold, dreary month sometimes.

Here is how we've been passing the time.

Dalyn had his band concert . . .

Raegan had fun with friends.

Because sometimes you just need to COVER your face in paint . . .

Chariot races . . .

 

 

Gak creations . . . 

Forts out of all the furniture in the front room . . . 

Made bead necklaces . . . 

and friendship bracelets . . .

The boys practiced their culinary skills.

The recipe was truly, "Hey mom can we put this in."

I did give a little guidance.

Finished product, not too shabby. They weren't totally disgusting either ;) 

And as much as I try to ignore the fact that we have animals in our house, the kids LOVE them!

I am constantly finding pictures the kids have snapped of our mini zoo :) . . .
