Seattle/Portland

Terry had to work in Portland a few days and we had a cousin getting married so we decided to make a trip of it all.
We were in Portland for a few days first then onto Seattle to visit my sister and her hubby, then back to Portland for a few days before we headed home.
Seattle was so fun! What a great place to visit! One of the days we headed to this fun fountain . . . the kids loved it!
My girls may have a tiny crush on their uncle Will :)

Torey treated us to the full salon experience and did every ones hair!

We got to do some hiking, played at a few parks, picked blackberries and played at the beach!Then back to Portland! We got to visit with some good friends and enjoy the beautiful weather. Portland has TONZ of splash parks . . .

We spent some time with cousins and friends and running around town. My kids are getting to be proficient city visitors . . . we walk everywhere (well everywhere we didn't ride MAX) in downtown Portland! At first me and five kids running around the city sounded like a nightmare but we are all pro's now.

We picked TONZ of blackberries, and when I say we I mean Terry :) 4 gallons to be exact, all of which are now residing in about 39 pints of the yummiest blackberry jam eh-va!

Uncle Keith was a gem and lived at our house while we where gone making sure our dumb animals didn't die. None of them did . . . except the fish :)
