More summer fun!

So we have totally jam packed this summer, it has been great!
We have spent quite a few days at our beautiful Lake of the Woods. Only 45 minutes from the house and perfect. The kids play A.L.L. day long! Truly from about 11 to 5! I always think they will get bored, but nope they LOVE it! We had some friends over for FHE the other night. It was super fun . . .cute object lesson, obstacle course and treats! This is the only picture I took of the evening . . .sillies

We also had a bbq and outside movie with a few families! We had a pretty great spread with roasted hot dogs, tons of fruits and veggies and of course s'mores . . .

After we ate we waited for it to get dark and watched Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2 . . .

Super Fun night!

We also made it to third Thursday once. Third Thursday happens just when you think it would each month in the summer. Local businesses and vendors set up booths up and down main street, They close the street to traffic so you can just wander. There is music and food, it's a lot of fun. I don't have any pictures of us being there but here is the sweet face painting Uncle Keith spoiled Janie with . . . This along with a few trips to the bowling alley, dates with Nana to have sleepovers and go to the movies and shopping and tons of friend days it has been an awesome summer!
