Who's Game?

So after our fairly short battle of wills . . . of which I dominated thankyouverymuch . . .I reverted back to my old ways . . . raw chocolate chips, cinnamon bears, ice cream, not a lot but . . .okay yeah a lot! I decided I needed to challenge myself again . . . because I am oober competitive and that works for me.

But I realize that this is something I need to find in myself with no competition needed.

Why can't I just be healthier cuz I feel better when I do not cuz I'm gonna win anything? And the answer is . . .because I can't :)

So here it is my peeps . . .

I challenge you . . .

I dare you and double dog dare you to do this with me . . .

No sugar for 73 days! From now till Mothers Day . . .you can do it! It's not as bad as you think! It's not . . . here are the rules

Anything with 6 grams of sugar or less per serving is LEGAL, if it has more then 6 grams per serving you can't eat it . . . at all, for example crasins have 28 grams of sugar per 1/3 cup so you CAN'T eat two or three and be legal . . . you can't eat any, got it

Sugar-free stuff . . . nope!

BUT you do have a cheat! One night a week (date night preferably) you can have a dessert, but you have to be out of the house, with NO kids . . .you choose the night, it can change every week but you only get one in seven days

AND (this is a new one per my hubby's request) EVENTS that are pre-planned like a birthday, or holiday meal (just the meal not the whole day), a girls night, dinner with friends . . . It just has to be something you PLANNED on . . . to do with other people . . . not at your house (unless you have the dinner party at your house) . . .So not just you and the hubbster PLANNING a movie night at home with gallons of high fructose corn syrup :)

Come on girls DO IT!!! Just in time for swim suit weather! You'll be glad you did.

Here's a little motivation too . . . if you do this with me and I can't make it and you beat me . . .I'll send you 50 bucks . . .I will



But I don't lose . . . so you better just do it for bragging rights and a skinnier butt :)

I got to think and had to clarify some things! Okay, so what about sugar free pudding? or Sugar free cool-whip? ALso, do things like bunko and stampin' up events count or not?

Also, you should get onto www.fitnesspal.com. It's free and you can find me and friend me. Cherise is on there too and Stacie Atkins. A great way to keep track of calories, nutrients break down, weight and exercise. Love it! Then we can encourage each other as we go along!

This is awesome! I'm not sure if i'm in all the way, I really love something sweet each day, and since I know I can't beat you anyways.....I'm pretty sure the raw chocolate chips in my pantry will be too much for me to resist...but I will try, and I commend your efforts. You gonna come and kick my butt in the Utah Valley half, because you will be so healthy and awesome! Go Sara!

whats the deal with no sugar?? Is it to lose weight or are you trying just not to eat it??? I would love to join ya, but those are my rewards for doing so good at the end of the day...(weight watchers strawberry smoothie bars...60 calories yummy!! or try the fudge bars) I am not helping am i!! :( but check out myfitnesspal.com...it helps so much!!! I say good luck!!! :)
