Two Birthdays and a Wedding!

My baby sister got hitched!!!

Three days after school started we piled the kids in the car and headed here . . .


She was married in Anacortes Washington at a beautiful park. For a September day in northern Washington the weather was gorgeous!She looked stunning!

And the hunky groom . . .The little girls were thrilled to get to be involved. Janie still calls that dress her wedding dress.Janie was not thrilled about pictures . . .While the love birds honeymooned on the San Juan Islands we played at the beach . . .Then we stayed the night in the cheeeepest hotel known to man . . .but it was so fun!The kids had a blast with their cousins, and we loved visiting with family. I have a ton more pictures but they are on my hubby's computer, so I may never see them again :)

As soon as we got home from that trip this sweet little thing turned ONE!!!!!!

(yes I know the one is backward)She woke up to her balloon and yummy birthday breakfast . . .I think she totally got it that this day was all about her . . .Later we loaded her in the car in her brand new big girl seat and headed to the park for a picnic and pinata and crochet and cake . . .This is the one Jilli got to dive into . . .And this is what the rest of us ate . . .Yummy . . .We played crochet, opened gifts and broke a pinata . . .Super fun first birthday!Here is the baby girl and her daddy. Terry is a sucker for all our kids but this little one has him COMPLETELY whooped!!!!

Terry had a birthday too, but I took exactly ZERO pictures of anything on that front! Just know he had a great time and FINALLY got his dream phone that he had been begging for since July! Spoiled dude!
