I have had this designed and in the works for months now and finally about a month ago we got it finished. Each kids has a row and the chores have little magnets on the back so I can change them out once a week. They get paid depending on what they get done, if we have to do something for them, they pay us, beautiful system.

Each kids has a row and the chores have little magnets on the back so I can change them out once a week. They get paid depending on what they get done, if we have to do something for them, they pay us, beautiful system.
Every night we do family scriptures and prayer and PAYDAY where they are accountable for what they have or have not done. On Sundays we count what they have made that week fill out tithing slips and put some in their savings jars, then the rest goes in their own little money pouches and they can do whatever they want with it.
So far it is working like a charm . . . EXCEPT
this is what my 7 (almost) year old's room looked like this morning
