Labor Day . . . Not literally :(

I wish this labor day had truly been labor day, but no, I am not that lucky. One of these days I will have a chance to breath and actually pay attention to the fact that I am having a baby in 4 weeks (or less). But that day is not today.

This labor day we spent all day on finishing touches to the preschool, filing papers and organizing science and art lessons, trying to get everything ready so I can hand it over to my teacher and not worry.

Terry spent all day wiring my parents new kitchen.

We have been wanting to have a family camp out for a while now, we decided labor day weekend would be a good time. It was a little chilly around here, so the next best option was a homemade tent in the front room. Isn't Terry quite the engineer?

Ryan only lasted a couple of hours before he retreated to his bed. Baby Jane lasted until about 2:30 am when she woke up and freaked, because she didn't know where she was. After a little cuddle and tucked back in her own bed she was fine. Dalyn and Raegan lasted all night. We bought the stuff for smores and had the typical camping breakfast the next morning. It was a lot of fun, and warm, AND I got to sleep in my own bed, well at least tried to do as much sleeping as I can manage these days. It was a fun weekend!
