Bread anyone?
This is what happens when you leave on vacation for a week and forget to have someone come pick your zucchini . . .
The picture doesn't really even do them justice. They were HUGE!!! And when they get all huge like that they are really yucky to eat :(
Only thing these bad boys will be good for is bread, lots and lots and LOTS of bread.

waffles, pancakes, muffins, casserols, spaghetti, stroganoff. They lose their flavor as they get bigger so they are actualy more vertile and you can put them in anything and not really taste them! I'm sure too late now, but all the big ones I freeze and then use the shredded stuff in EVERYTHING!
